Guido Biasia
With a degree in Economics and Commerce, Guido has accumulated extensive work experience in both corporate banking and financial markets, holding various roles in leading Italian credit institutions and SGRs. Thanks to his previous experience, Guido has built up an excellent knowledge of corporate finance with a focus on credit evaluation. Formerly responsible for the management of several global bond portfolios, Guido is highly skilled in the interpretation and analysis of macroeconomic, interest rate and foreign exchange market dynamics. Guido's experiences as a manager of HNWI portfolios have enabled him to learn how to deal with a clientele composed mostly of entrepreneurs and manage their all-round financial needs. Guido is fluent in Italian, English and French and conversational in German and Portuguese.

Alessandro Tazzioli
Master's degree in Banking & Finance, Alessandro started working in financial markets where he initially worked in financial analysis and later in sales. Afterwards, Alessandro gained experience with innovative start-ups, both as an investor and as an employee, mainly focusing on international strategy & business development roles. Returning to financial services, Alessandro then worked in the NPE field working with Italian banks and developing relationships with international investors. Alessandro's experiences have allowed him to develop relational and organisational skills that enable him to skilfully coordinate different resources and projects simultaneously. With the strength of having lived in seven countries, Alessandro is fluent in Italian, English, German and Spanish as well as conversational in Portuguese and French.
